Thames Jeep named Jeep Retailer of the Year 2021

Jeep UK has named Slough's Thames Jeep dealership as its Retailer of the Year 2021 as it rewarded its top performing retailers with its annual awards.

The awards recognise the Stellantis brand's retailers across the UK network that consistently go above and beyond to satisfy their customer’s needs.

Jeep UK said 2020 saw Thames Jeep climb the rankings due to its focus on delivering an excellent customer experience, particularly amid challenging times in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Thames also delivered the highest sales volumes across the UK Jeep network for the second year running, strongly performing against its sales targets and exceeding expectations, said Jeep UK.

Damien Dally, Jeep UK country manager, said: “We will look back on last year as a tough one, but Thames Jeep is a great example of how a true team effort can make a difference.

“Last year saw them overcome challenges that no one had thought possible, and beyond managing customers experiences, exceeding sales targets and providing excellent aftersales they stepped up to support our frontline workers too.

“It’s the direct customer feedback and these extra efforts that make me proud to award Thames Jeep UK Retailer of the Year.”

Jeep retailers Charles Hurst (Belfast), Arnold Clark (Leeds) and Beechdale (Derby) were also given honourable mentions for their sales performance, while Wilsons (Epsom) and Nathaniel (Cardiff) were also commended for their performance.

Wilsons Group opened new Alfa Romeo and Jeep dealerships at its redeveloped 10-car FCA Group showroom in Epsom, last year.

Nathaniel Cars won the OEM's Global Five Star Award for Excellence award in 2019.
