Westover Group has completed a £200,000 investment in its Lexus Poole showroom on West Quay Road.
The motor dealership has undergone a 10-week programme of internal cosmetic work which has resulted in what the group described as "a new modular design", which aims to bring customer comfort with two private consultation rooms and a refurbished vehicle handover room.
A digital showroom has been incorporated into the refurbishment where the latest technology is on-hand to make the customer experience as simple and enjoyable as possible.
The technology enables Lexus Poole to showcase more models, specs and equipment and provides customers with the opportunity to find the car best suited to their needs, filtering through price, fuel type, performance, efficiency, space and technologies.
Lexus Poole’s head of business, Adrian Chapman, said: “We endeavour to create a first-class customer experience and our refurbishment programme has helped to enhance this when purchasing a car.
“The entire Lexus Poole team are in continuous pursuit of perfection and will go to many lengths to solve customer problems, whether this is mechanical or not. From beginning to end, Lexus Poole is 100% invested in making the Lexus experience unlike any other.
“To celebrate the completion of our refurbishment we have exclusive offers on many vehicles in our range including up to £4,000 discount and up to £2,000 Hybrid deposit contribution. We look forward to welcoming customers to our stunning new showroom environment.”
The new Lexus Poole showroom facilities unveiling marks the latest of two new showroom openings in 2019 for Westover.
On Saturday (February 23) the group officially opened the doors at its new £15 million Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Christchurch.
Built in place of the former Land Rover showroom on Bailey Drive, Christchurch, the new Dual Arch Concept JLR facility follows last May’s opening of a new £7.5m Jaguar Land Rover service centre, by Westover, on Bailey Drive, Christchurch.
