Islington Motor Group has marked its 40th anniversary by joining the MG Motor UK franchised dealer network.

The retailer, based in Trowbridge, Wiltshire, will represent the brand from its premises at Trowbridge Motor Park.

During the past forty years Islington Motor Group has gained a “strong local reputation by focusing on delivering a great customer experience”, according to MG.

The group already holds franchises with Citroen, Ford and Suzuki and posted a turnover of £23.6m in its financial year to December 31, 2017, which was 7.3% up on the previous year's £22m.

Commenting on the group's latest franchise addition, Dylan Turner, sales director at Islington Motor Group, said: “We’re extremely proud to be representing MG in Trowbridge.
