Group Renault UK dealers from across the Renault and Dacia franchised networks have been recognised at the manufacturers’ annual ‘Dealer of the Year’ awards.

Awards were issued across four categories (Small, Medium and Large dealers and New Dealers) during the brands’ 2018 annual dealer conference, which was held the Radisson Blu hotel, near Stanstead Airport, yesterday (January 17).

Vincent Tourette, managing director at Groupe Renault UK, said: “All of the winners can feel very proud of their achievements and about the way in which they contributed to the success of Groupe Renault UK in 2018.”

The group said that the awards results had come after a process in which it assessed the performance of each dealer by considering a variety of key performance indicators including: customer satisfaction, sales volume for both the Renault and Dacia brands, aftersales turnover, and profit.

The overall winning dealers were:

Renault Cardiff (Best Large Dealer)

Gravells of Kidwelly (Best Medium Dealer)

Bells of Crossgar (Best Small Dealer)

Glyn Hopkin Chelmsford (Best New Dealer)
