Inchcape has won the 'service and parts' award for the second consecutive year, alongside Fleet Retailer at the Mercedes-Benz Awards.
The award is in recognition of its “outstanding service” provided to customers by the aftersales team over the last 12 months.
Inchcape said the aftersales team has achieved “strong retail growth” with MoTs, services and repairs, alongside increasing sales of parts and service care plans.
Another innovation is the development of its Express Lane, where customers who book early morning services receive the benefit of two technicians working on their car to ensure they get back on the road sooner.
It was named Fleet Retailer of the Year for its performance in fleet sales.
The team, led by Ruth Karim, Inchcape Mercedes-Benz's head of fleet, has been recognised for its excellent performance and service to clients across all market areas
Inchcape Mercedes-Benz’s franchise director John McKenzie said: “We are thrilled to have picked up not one but two awards at this year’s Mercedes-Benz Retailer Awards.
"Our teams are committed to providing the very best possible service to all of our customers and we are proud that this has been recognised once again by our Mercedes-Benz partners.”
Inchcape's aftersales director Andy Middleton was joined on stage by market area directors Alasdair Macfarlane, Andrew Connor and Anthony Partington as they were presented with the award by TV host Dermot O'Leary.
