Meadens Ltd has announced that it has joined the MG Motor dealer network.

The franchised dealer, which currently trades in new Skoda and a range of used vehicles, is based in Sway, near Southampton, and new Meadens MG brand manager Jack Sexton said that he felt that MG "offered something the area currently lacks".

Sexton added: “MG made the process straightforward and it has been with a real sense of ease that we have started working together. MG makes stylish cars that are bursting with extras, something that we anticipate will gain a lot of traction in the local area.”

MG Motor UK’s head of sales and marketing Matthew Cheyne said: “Expanding our network continues to be a big focus this year, following impressive sales growth, year-on-year.

“There is a real sense of excitement about the future of MG, and welcoming companies such as Meadens MG, with its strong reputation for quality and outstanding customer service, is an important part of our brand investment.”

Alongside the MG3 and MG GS, Meadens MG will also welcome the all-new MG XS Compact SUV when it enters the UK at the end of 2017.
