Swansway Group Fleet is celebrating another addition to its awards cabinet after scooping Alphabet’s dealer of the year accolade.

The leasing company handed the Crewe-based retail group its latest award this week as a welcome addition to previous wins as Best Fleet Operation at the 2016 AM Awards and as the 2017 Fleet News Awards’ Best Fleet Dealer.

Group fleet sales director, Sarah Eccles said: “This award was a total surprise, but we’re highly delighted to be named as the Dealership of the Year in the new Alphabet Supplier Awards.

“It’s particularly satisfying for the team to know that all their hard work is really appreciated by the team at Alphabet.”

In describing the Swansway teamn ahead of its awards win, Alphabet judges praised it as “easy to do business with”, “highly responsive” and “providing outstanding customer service to both Alphabet and our customer’s drivers”.

The judges added that the business had gone about its business “Without a single complaint received in 2016 from Alphabet drivers”.
