Vertu Honda Doncaster has raised the flag of Doncaster Knights Rugby Union FC above their showroom after extending its support of the club for a further year.

The Honda dealership, on Thorne Road, Doncaster, is extending the team sponsorship in a 12-month contract and has literally pinned its colours to the mast.

Kevin Orridge, general manager at Vertu Honda Doncaster, said: “Following last year’s successful partnership, we are very proud to team up with Doncaster Knights once again.

“We all enjoy sports here at Vertu Honda Doncaster and the partnership is a great way to promote our love of sports while investing in the community as well.

“What’s more, our aftersales manager is particularly pleased with the deal as he is a regular in the crowds at the Castle Park ground.

“Indeed, to pledge our ongoing support to the club, the Doncaster Knights flag is proudly aloft in our showroom to welcome all its fans, so why not pop along to the visit us today.”

The Doncaster Knights Rugby Union FC team is currently placed third in the RFU Championship league. 

The club’s deal with Vertu Honda Doncaster sees brand new hoarding and banners to the Castle Park ground in key areas around the club including the main stand, the home and away dug out and the drive way.
