Welsh dealer group WR Davies has reported a leap in profits in its latest financial results.

To December 31, 2015, pre-tax profits were up 132% from £664,000 in 2014 to £1.54 million.

This was achieved on a turnover reduction from £93.3m to £87.2m.

Return on sale in 2014 was 0.71%. Now it’s at 1.77%.

EBITDA is £2.25m.

The group has 10 franchised dealerships with 195 staff.

There are three Ford dealerships in North Wales at Llangefni, Llandudno Junction and Rhyl. The Renault franchise is also at Llandudno Junction site.

Three Toyota sites are in Stafford, Telford and Shrewsbury and Nissan sites in Stafford and Shrewsbury. WR Davies also has a Citroen and DS dealership in Stafford.
