City Auction appoints Lee Connor as business development chief

City Auction Group has strengthened its management team with the appointment of Lee Connor as the new head of business development.

Connor brings over 20 years of experience in the vehicle remarketing industry, having started his career as an auction trainee at Wilsons Auctions.

He progressed through various roles, including fleet corporate and field sales, and most recently served as branch auction manager and auctioneer.

In his previous role, Connor managed corporate accounts and was instrumental in developing business relationships across Northern Ireland and the UK.

As the new head of business development at City Auction Group, Connor will focus on expanding the company’s client portfolio, strengthening partnerships, and enhancing customer relationships across all services.

 “City Auction Group has seen incredible growth, and I look forward to working alongside the experienced team led by our visionary CEO. I’m eager to contribute to the continued advancement of our services and can’t wait to step into the auction lane to work with our partners in live auctions,” he said.

Connor will be based in Belfast and will work to further develop business opportunities across the group.
