Online platform Carwow has launched a new annual ‘Top Rated’ accreditation to recognise retailer partners who consistently deliver exceptional customer service and performance.
The accreditation is open to a select group of independent, franchise, and direct-to-consumer retailers and leasing partners who have been active on Carwow for more than six months.
It highlights retailers with strong track records in areas such as rapid response times, high conversion rates, and positive customer feedback.
Additionally, a special category, ‘Top Rated EV Retailer,’ has been created to recognise those leading the charge in the transition to electric vehicles, despite the challenges in the current market.
According to a recent Carwow survey, 60% of consumers are more likely to do business with ‘Top Rated’ retailers, giving accredited partners a significant advantage in the competitive automotive marketplace.

Accredited retailers will receive a range of physical and digital marketing materials to promote their ‘Top Rated’ status, and Carwow will feature this accreditation throughout the customer journey on its platform to guide consumer decisions.
