Carsa, the used car dealer group, has partnered with HiQ to offer aftersales services to customers at two new locations in Greater Manchester and Leicestershire.

The two new centres in Bolton and Mountsorrel mark a significant step in the brands’ shared ambition to expand their footprint across the UK, with more locations already in the pipeline.

This latest expansion builds on the success of their existing partnership, which began last year with the opening of two dual-branded centres in Cannock and Halesowen.

The partnership combines HiQ’s nationwide autocare expertise with Carsa’s rapidly growing dealership model.

HiQ, which is backed by Goodyear, operates a nationwide network of 190 autocare centres across the UK.

Carsa, founded in 2020, has quickly expanded to 10 locations, offering a diverse selection of pre-owned vehicles.

Sales and service at a single location

The first two joint HiQ and Carsa sites, which opened in October last year, set a strong foundation for the joint venture.

The combined proposition enables customers to purchase, service, and maintain their vehicles at a single location.

Both brands said this approach not only streamlines the ownership experience but also reinforces confidence in aftersales support; a critical factor in the success of both companies’ business models.

Craig Sprigmore, Goodyear retail director UK & Ireland, said on the continued growth: "The success of our first dual-branded sites proved the value of integrating vehicle sales with expert servicing, so we’re excited to bring this formula to even more customers.

"This is just the beginning of a nationwide rollout that will redefine the automotive retail experience."

Visham Joshi, head of service, Carsa, added: "These new locations represent another step toward our goal of providing motorists with a fully integrated, high-quality buying and aftersales experience.

"We’re thrilled with the progress so far and look forward to expanding even further."
