Autorola UK has partnered with DMN Group to offer vehicle storage solutions through its six sites in Livingston, Warrington, Hixon, Tividale, Leighton Buzzard and Upminster.
Autorola UK said it already offers storage and fleet service propositions to multiple vendors in other European countries, so its partnership with DMN comes as a natural next step for the UK business.
The partnership with DMN will also extend to vehicle imaging, preparation and refurbishment in addition to the logistics service it already offers.
In turn DMN Group will be able to support Autorola’s on-site auction services by using Autorola’s online remarketing platform.
This will include holding timed auctions as well as customers being able to upload and sell overage stock via Autorola’s Autofind wholesale used car stock platform.
DMN Group will also have access to the Indicata used car insights platform to support its customers in the stock valuation of assets on site both at a wholesale and retail level to give market intelligence in support of their remarketing activities.
Nick Chadaway, DMN Group managing director (pictured), said: “We are excited at what we can achieve when we both work together and look forward to a long working partnership.
“We are looking forward to working with Autorola and its customers as well as being able to offer our customers Autorola’s range of online auction and used car pricing intelligence services.”
Neil Frost, Autorola UK’s country manager, said both businesses have had a strong working relationship for many years.
He added: “We have been watching their expansion into offering broader fleet services for a while now and we are very excited at our new partnership.
“It will enable us to further maximise remarketing returns for our vendors.”
Both companies have ambitious plans for growth which further aligns the two companies to deliver joint tender responses as they integrate all or part of their services for potential OEM, dealer, fleet and leasing customers.
