With new car supply constraints and a cost-of-living crisis fuelling an aging vehicle parc in the UK, trusted and reliable aftersales services are set to be increasingly valued by motorists.
Against this backdrop AM is poised to share advice and insight on maintaining a loyal customer base for servicing and car maintenance in the latest of a series of “General Manager Guide to…” webinars.
Swansway Group director Peter Smyth, Wessex Garages group operations director Darren Lakin and Drayton Motors managing director Darren Bradford will be on a panel to share their car retail businesses’ key strategies for retaining customers to help maximise the productivity of their workshops.
