Steven Eagell Group has completed the acquisition of six Toyota and two Lexus dealerships from Jardine Motors Group in Cambridgeshire, Essex and Suffolk.

The total number of branches now operated by the Milton Keynes based, privately-owned, company is 20 (17 Toyota and 3 Lexus), following a round of acquisitions in 2016.

AM revealed details of the acquisition after staff at the affected dealerships were informed of the deal earlier this month.
