Police said a salesman at Stratstone Aston Martin was left with serious injuries following a robbery last Thursday.
Cheshire Police are appealing for witnesses following the robbery at the Pendragon-owned showroom in Water Lane, Wilmslow.
At approximately 3.30pm on Thursday, June 5, a man, believed to be in his 20′s or 30′s, walked in to the showroom and spoke to a salesman stating that he would like to test the clutch of a Black BMW 320 D convertible parked outside the store, as he was interested in buying the vehicle for his partner.
The offender was then taken to the test the vehicle by the salesman who stood at the driver′s side of the car with the door open as he tested the clutch.
Suddenly the offender drove off at speed causing the salesman to fall into the road, sustaining hip injuries.
The car then continued along Water Lane, travelling in the direction of the airport tunnels.
The offender is described as a white man, in his 20′s or 30′s, wearing a light grey flat cap and a light coloured top.
The car, a Black BMW 320 D convertible, had Stratstone.com silver display number plates on the front and rear and at the time of the incident the hood was dropped showing the red interior.
