Property agent Knight Frank has appointed Adam Chapman and Tom Poynton to its specialist roadside team at its Birmingham office.

Chapman and Poynton, who both previously worked at GVA, will join as partners this summer.

The roadside department deals with franchised car dealerships, petrol stations and motorway services.

The team will bring a new dimension to the established Birmingham office and will also be fully aligned with Knight Frank’s specialist investment team based in London and headed by Shaun Roy.

The head of the Birmingham office, Ashley Hudson, said: “We are delighted to have Adam and Tom on board who will provide a new service to the office and complement the strong relationships we have with our developers and investor clients.

"Our agency business is performing well with both industrial and office teams securing high profile instructions and our professional services division has just had a record year”.
