Citroen UK appoints new managing director

Citroen UK has appointed Arnaud Leclerc as its new managing director for the UK and Ireland.

Leclerc will take up the role on June 1 and joins from Citroen Scandinavia where he has been managing director since July 2011.

Leclerc replaces Linda Jackson who was promoted to become the global head of Citroen at the start of May.

Leclerc was also previously managing director for Citroen Croatia and regional co-ordinator for the Citroen brand in Europe.

PSA Peugeot Citroen revealed its 'Back in the Race' plans earlier this year to to cut models from both the Peugeot and Citroen model lineup by almost half.

And I thought LeClerc said that he preferred to leave René’s Café and to go back to prison because the food was better there?

I;ve had a wonderful Xantia Estate for the past 12 years or so, I am in the process of (i) Starting a new and complex business, also a new car, contacted TATES crawley office and had a dreadful experience with one of the sales staff, he blew his top, sent some sort of message to contact the local YMCA down and outs contact point for Brighton, when I did not turn up last Saturday to his coercion to purchase a new DS 3-5 type vehicle, I'm just having a look currently, "My" company start up is "THE most important thing I'm doing currently. Definitely not impressed I could go and purchase an Alfa Romeo, SEAT, SKODA etc, etc but would like another dependable, reliable vehicle that just "does it" like my trusty Xantia Estate.
