Jaguar launches specialist R Performance dealer network

Jaguar has launched a network of 20 dealers which will specialise in selling the F-Type R Coupe, as well as all R and RS products.

The F-Type R Performance dealerships will offer specialist product knowledge and aftersales care, dedicated to Jaguar cars wearing the ‘R’ badge. Jaguar dealers without an R Performance Centre will also continue to sell and service R and R-S products in the Jaguar model range.

The Performance centres will offer test routes designed by professional drivers and each specialist showroom will offer iPads for customers which will be loaded with applications that offer access to technical information, performance data and interactive media covering every ‘R’ model in the Jaguar range.

Ken Forbes, Jaguar UK marketing director, said: “Now we have a full range of visually dramatic, dynamically rewarding performance cars and a specialist network of retailers to bring customers closer to these products.

“As well as offering outstanding support to buyers and owners, later this year we’ll be introducing a selection of circuit-based driving activities for Jaguar ‘R’ product customers, meaning they will be able to explore the limits of their car and driving skills in a safe and exhilarating environment.”
