Perrys Motor Sales has won the National Dealer Group of the Year accolade at Motability’s new Dealer Awards.

Designed to recognise outstanding customer service in delivering the Motability scheme, the awards are judged on customer feedback, reviews of performance and levels of engagement.

Perrys scooped the National Dealer Group of the Year gong ahead of Lookers and Vertu, who were both commended.

North West-based Gordons Ford won the Regional Dealer Group of the Year award, ahead of Norfolk’s Busseys and East Anglia’s John Grose.

Kylie Warwick, of Marshall Ford in Cambridge, was named Motability Specialist of the Year, with Nicola Marriott, of Westover Nissan in Bournemouth, commended.

Peter Wilson, general manager for dealer relations at Motability Operations, said: “These awards are a great way for us to recognise our dealer partners who go above and beyond.

“They are the ‘face’ of Motability and deliver an outstanding customer experience.”
