Volkswagen Group UK has been awarded ‘Top Employer’ status by the Top Employers Institute for its commitment to developing talent and offering a first-class working environment.

The award covers five brands – Volkswagen passenger cars and commercial vehicles, Audi, Seat and Skoda.

In particular, the Group’s National Learning Centre was lauded for “its commitment to developing staff across the Group’s network of more than 1,000 dealerships.”

Staff benefits, internal communication channels and flexible working conditions were all singled out as being of an exceptionally high standard.
