Citroen has appointed Xavier Peugeot (pictured) as director of product planning.
Peugeot commences the position on November 3 and will report directly to Citroen CEO Linda Jackson.
Peugeot, aged 50, holds a master’s degree in management from the Sorbonne and a post-graduate diploma from Dauphine University.
Joining the PSA Peugeot Citroën Group in 1994, Peugeot has held a number of positions in sales and marketing, including director of the Peugeot Netherlands subsidiary between 2005 and 2007, director of marketing and communications for the Peugeot brand between 2009 and 2011 and director of product planning for Peugeot from 2012.
Xavier Peugeot takes over from Thomas d’Haussy, who has taken on new responsibilities within the group.
