I have 4 cars in the household, 3 of which are on a 3rd party warranty cover, this company was terrible. My timing chain had failed on my BMW, terms and conditions state it covered but according to them it doesn't cover it. The garage who did the diagnostic and the dealer i bought the car from could not understand why they will not cover. Wish i had read reviews on them before buying the warranty. Disgusted!! Will be proceeding with legal action. AVOID AT ALL COST Pay a little extra and get better service else where
