Total Accident Management has gone live with an online web portal designed to streamline the accident reporting and repair process for its customers.
The Claims Portal, designed for SME and grey fleet retail clients, allows drivers to report accidents directly to Total Accident Management anytime and anywhere they have an internet connection.
This reporting is done via a simple step-by-step process with easy to use drop down menus and text boxes.
Where a vehicle requires repair, the system will notify the selected repairer via the BodyNet Bodyshop Management System as well as automatically generating access to the BodyNet Repair Tracker system where the customer can then track their own repair progress and receive SMS notifications.
Total Accident Management said it is the only provider of this type of service in their industry.
