A Colne car dealership has welcomed primary school pupils into its showroom to help provide inspiration for a ‘Scrapheap Challenge’ toy car making project.

Pupils from West Street Primary School descended on The Vantage Motor Group’s Colne Toyota dealership to get a tour of the showroom and workshop.

Teacher Sam Smith said: “The visit has really helped to bring to life our ‘Scrapheap Challenge’ topic.”

Paul Sharp of the dealership, said: “It’s great to be able to get local school children excited about cars.”
