Will Samuel will step down as a non-executive director at Inchcape at the group’s AGM on May 16.

Samuel has been the deputy chairman and senior independent non-executive director of Inchcape since 2005 and during this time was member of the audit, remuneration and nominations committees.

Simon Borrows, who joined as a non-executive director in 2010, will replace Samuel as Inchcape's senior independent non-executive director.
