Beadles Group has taken on the Kia franchise and with a Red Cube dealership in Coulsdon, South London.
Building work on the new Red Cube dealership is almost complete and the new 3,430 sq. m dealership is scheduled to open in February on Gateway Business Park, opening in time for the March plate-change.
The new dealership will have an 11 car showroom, eight service bays and space for 79 used cars. It takes Beadles' group portfolio to seven dealerships.
Richard Johnson, Beadles Group managing director, said: “We are delighted to be joining forces with Kia, their wide range of cars with head turning styling and Beadles tradition of quality products and class leading customer service coupled with the amazing design of this new dealership will really highlight that Kia and the Beadles Group have arrived in Coulsdon.”
The new building features 181 solar panels which will help power the building. Electricity supplied by the combined heat and power plant on site will be used throughout the year and the waste heat from this process will be used to provide domestic hot water in all sanitary facilities.
In addition the surplus waste heat will be used in providing under floor heating and car parking ramp heating to aid de-frosting in cold weather.
Beadles is a multi-franchise group and represents Land Rover, Nissan, Skoda, Toyota, Vauxhall, Volkswagen and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles at six sites in the Kent area. It also has a used car specialist business called Hand Picked Cars.
