Ridgeway Group has acquired Parkview Skoda in Reading for an undisclosed sum.
The deal follows on from Ridgeway’s recent acquisitions of Skoda Newbury and the addition of the Land Rover and Jaguar franchises in Oxford.
Ridgeway already operates Jewson Skoda in Oxford and the Parkview Skoda site will now be rebranded as Ridgeway Skoda.
John O’Hanlon, Ridgeway Group’s chief executive, said: “This acquisition, bringing the group’s Skoda representation to three, means Ridgeway are best placed across the Thames Valley region to serve old, new and prospective sales and service customers. We are really pleased to welcome the team and customers to the Ridgeway stable.”

My wife contacted you yesterday with a brake warning light having shown on her Fabia. You refused point blank to assist her, You should maybe realise that, for every Yorks motorist who needs assistance in Berks, there will be more than one Berks motorist who needs assistance in Yorks. When such motorists come round to replacing their cars, they will look at Skoda and say "nein, Danke", They leave their customers stranded. o I look forward to reading of your liquidation. You richly deserve it.,
