In every business there is an individual or a team that keeps the wheels of the business running, they might be a small cog in a big machine, but without it that machine would grind to a halt.

AM wants to hear of these deserving individuals who make all the difference to the business performance, but rarely get a moment in the spotlight.

The individual or team can work at head office or in the network and in any department to qualify to enter.

Those shortlisted will be invited to attend the AM Awards to literally enjoy a moment in the spotlight amongst the industry's 'great and good'.

This is a new category for the 2014 AM Awards.

• To request an entry form, please email amawards@bauermedia.co.uk giving details of which categories you wish to enter.

• We will then send you the appropriate entry forms for completion.

• IN ORDER TO FULLY AUDIT EACH RELEVANT ENTRY, ALL COMPLETED ENTRIES MUST REACH US BY NOVEMBER 1, 2013.
