Autorola has launched a new online remarketing service aimed to help dealers speed up the sale of unwanted stock that hasn’t sold first time at physical auction.
Unsold vehicles are immediately entered onto Autorola’s online selling platform to its 2,000 registered buyers.
UK sales director Jon Mitchell said: "By putting a non sold vehicle on immediate sale to thousands of new online buyers avoids it having to wait another week or two to go through physical auction."
The vehicle’s new owner becomes responsible for collecting the vehicle, avoiding any new vehicle movement costs for either the vendor or auction provider.

5-10 years ago when for retail ads Autotrader Digital were reasonable at about £9.99 to advertise a car for 2 weeks online, and for trade stock Autotrade-mail was about £40 a month (with more cars available) may turn out to be the golden age. Now there's so many auction & trade database systems the stock is diluted through too many channels each having fewer subscribers. We can't afford to subscribe to them all. I don't know why we don't just utilise Twitter #tradecar or something. That's free.
