Jardine Motors Group UK (JMG) has confirmed plans to build a £7 million Audi dealership in Milton Keynes.

The new site being acquired by JMG covers, will take the group’s Audi network to 12 and covers approximately three acres. It is situated on Tongwell Street, close to Junction 14 of the M1 Motorway and just down the road from Audi UK headquarters.

The dealership is being developed to the latest Audi corporate identity standards following their latest ‘terminal style’ building design.

At 38,000 square feet, the dealership will have space for a 17 car showroom, a customer handover area, with a drive-through indoor service check in and a workshop facility with 18 bays plus an MoT area.

There will be 165 parking spaces for customers and the workshop. The dealership will also have space for up to 112 approved used cars.

Planning applications have been submitted and work on the site is expected to commence in spring with an anticipated opening date of January 2014.
