Scottish dealer group Macrae & Dick has won Honda UK's prestigious Best Service Award for 2012.

The manufacturer is renowned for its strong aftersales care, so to be top in the 181-strong network is no mean feat.
 
Established in 1878, Macrae & Dick has dealerships in Inverness, Elgin, Perth and Stirling.
 
The judges praised it for maintaining high customer satisfaction scores, passing customer care inspections and for using 'all the available tools' to look after customers and 'provide consistent excellence' in aftersales care.
 
Justine Cummings, aftersales manager at Macrae & Dick Honda, commented: "I am very proud that we have been recognised by Honda UK with this award.
