The Rybrook Group will represent Porsche for the first time following the completion of its acquisition of the entire share capital of Corkills Chester for an undisclosed sum.
The business will continue to trade as Porsche Centre Chester, with all staff being retained by the company.
The new business increases the acquisitive Warwick-based group’s dealerships to 19.Henry Whale, Rybrook’s managing director, said: “The acquisition of Porsche Centre Chester is a perfect strategic fit for us in terms of its location and complements the product and specialist franchise portfolio we already represent.
“We have been admirers of the Porsche brand for some time and are delighted to represent the franchise, increase our group’s representation across the North West and expand our service and product offering. I'd like to extend a warm welcome to our new colleagues upon joining the Rybrook family and look forward to a long and fruitful relationship with Porsche.”
Rybrook now represents Bentley, BMW, Honda, Jaguar, Land Rover, McLaren, Mercedes-Benz, MINI, Porsche, Rolls-Royce, smart and Volvo. It operates in the Midlands, Wales, the North West and North Yorkshire and recently opened Rybrook Specialist Cars in Solihull.
