Paul Rigby Volvo has finalised the development of a £2.5 million car showroom 10-acre site in the south of Birmingham.

The business will relocate from its current premises at Rocky Lane to the new 13,240 sq ft facility in February 2013.

The dealership has taken a 17-year lease at a rental in excess of £174,000 per annum on the building, on which developers Opus Land will commence construction in September this year.
