Colbornes Group has acquired prestige motor group Hadley Green for an undisclosed sum.

Hadley Green represents Bentley, Jaguar and Land Rover in Barnet, north London.

Colbornes is now a nine site group with a large VW Group representation featuring Audi, Volkswagen and Skoda. The business also features a large commercial vehicles and van rental operation. The dealerships are located in Guildford, Walton, Woking, Basingstoke and Camberley.

Family-owned Colbornes changed ownership seven years ago and after 62 years in Ripley, Surrey,
Colborne Garages relocated to a new purpose built facility on the Slyfield Industrial Estate, Guildford.

It has a trade parts, commercial and bodyshop operation.

It also has the VW LCV franchise, caters for business sales and has a customer loyalty scheme with 20,000 members called Colbornes 4 Life.
