Andy Bartrum has been appointed as telemarketing manager by All Fleet Services, the contact centre solutions provider to the fleet and automotive industry.

Bartrum will head up the company’s telemarketing proposition, designed to generate incremental business for retail groups. He will report to managing director Dave Scobie.

Previously, centre manager for three years at JHP, the UK training provider, Bartrum was responsible for customer engagement, motivating businesses to take on apprentices and equipping people with the skills to make them more employable.

Prior to this, he boasts 19 years’ experience in the financial services sector where he was an area manager for Alliance & Leicester and Bradford & Bingley, and a branch manager at Lloyds TSB.
