Bowker BMW, of Trident Park in Blackburn, has been crowned National Customer Dealer of the Year 2011 by BMW UK.

It beat over 140 dealerships to win the coveted award, which is judged on feedback from thousands of BMW and MINI sales and service customers.

BMW’s Star Rating encourages customers to publicly share their views on dealer experiences, and Bowker was praised for ‘the best improvement along with best scores for personalisation of their customer satisfaction’.

In December, it became one of only six dealers to achieve 20 stars on the system.

Bowker dealer principal Chris Eccles commented: “This is a huge pat on the back from BMW and confirms our position as a major player within the national dealer network.

“It is thanks to the hard work of all our staff and it is a huge compliment that customers are so pleased with our quality of service that they share their experiences with the manufacturer.”
