A management restructure has seen Audi UK create a role for a head of customer quality and network development.
Filling the post is Jason Cranwick (pictured), who has moved from sister brand Seat UK's franchise operations.
Other changes include John Bower joining from Skoda UK to be Audi's head of service and parts operations, and former Nissan GB fleet director James Douglas joining to become head of fleet sales.
Within Audi, sales operations manager Andy Williams becomes head of planning and Paul Sansom, previously head of aftersales and service, becomes head of sales.
Director of Audi UK Martin Sander said: "Fundamentally, the changes we have made will help us to intensify our focus on customer satisfaction, and to sustain and better coordinate that increased focus.
"Our new appointments and the enhanced structure they have helped to form are also vital components of our strategic plan to become the leading premium brand in the UK."

This is a very good appointment for the Audi brand and a great loss for SEAT. Having worked with Jason for the last 5 years I have seen first hand his great ability to manage relationships between the brand and its dealer partners whilst at the same time providing credible advice and support in improving business practices - Good luck Jason
