Dealer management system (DMS) provider Ebbon-Dacs has appointed Mark Taylor-Jones as its new head of sales.

Taylor has worked in the automotive industry for over 30 years at Dana Corporation, Car Fleet Control, Autologic Data Systems, Autoconnect and Manheim Auctions.

In his last major role, Taylor-Jones was customer services director at WinWin World which specialised in online sales process and marketing solutions for the automotive retail market.

In his new position of head of sales of Ebbon-Dacs’ DMS division, he will be responsible for raising awareness and driving new sales for the company’s web-delivered DMS system, which is currently used by a number of AM100 dealer groups.

Ebbon-Dacs is looking to double the size of its DMS development team as it looks to increase its share of the market to over 40% in the next 10 years.
