Yorkshire-based Harratts Group is rolling out the new Pinnacle dealer management system across its 12 dealerships.
The group is looking to complete the roll before the end of June this year.
Each dealership team will have access to the system which operates around a single database which contains five principal modules: customer relationship management, vehicle sales, parts, workshop and accounts.
Remotely hosted and accessible via cloud technology, Harratts believes Pinnacle will ensure members of its team are able to maintain focus on the tasks involved in their own role, rather than day-to-day system management.
