Northridge Finance Ltd (the trading name for Bank of Ireland’s GB Motor Division) can certainly not be accused of getting stuck in automatic mode.
This is doubly true today as the finance provider shifts through the gears at speed with their Head Office move from Bangor, Co Down to BOI NI Headquarters in the centre of Belfast.
“The move represents another exciting step in our proud history as a committed Motor Finance business and employer in the retail motor industry” comments Alan Carson, Sales & Marketing Director for Northridge & NIIB Finance.
“Of course we are sad to leave Bangor after 50+ successful years but we are really eager to get to Belfast and enjoy all the group synergies that our new HO home will bring to the business. With over 30% growth to date in 2011 and a challenging additional 20% planned for 2012, this aligns the business well to cope with the years ahead”.
The physical move is not the only thing that is eagerly anticipated at Northridge.
“ Target 365…Our new online Quotation, Proposal and Finance Management system will launch in December and our many business partners will be able to benefit from a smoother, faster and more efficient service”.
Target 365 is a dynamic new point of sale platform to help focus even more effectively on Sales, Quotations, Transfers and Completions.
Things move at great pace and Northridge are well positioned to move with and ahead of the traffic…
“Our customers’ expectations are always growing and we want to match that growth and exceed those expectations. Target 365 will deliver exactly that” Carson adds “Our teams have changed over the years to adapt to the different market and customer opportunities and Target 365 now reflects our ongoing commitment to service quality. This system will be a practical tool for our customers and will give them an advantage over their competitors, so naturally we are delighted it will be launching soon”.
