Harratts Volvo in Huddersfield has posted a 50% increase in sales or new and used cars marking it as the business’s most successful year ever in 2010.

The dealership had a particularly good year with used cars, with volumes more than doubling in comparison to 2009.

David Mills, general manager at Harratts Huddersfield Volvo, said: “We are delighted to post such positive sales figures, smashing previous records and consolidating our place as one of the most successful dealerships in the area.

“These fantastic results are testament to the sales team at the dealership; without exception, every member of staff has worked unstintingly over 2010 and offered the highest levels of customer service; something which means customers remained loyal to us, in spite of the recession.

“I would like to thank all the staff at the dealership as we look forward to another record-breaking year in 2011.”
