Carphone Warehouse founder Charles Dunstone has backed a venture to resurrect the Jensen Interceptor. Jensen Interceptor S

Jensen International Automotive (JIA) was backed by Dunstone for an undisclosed sum and he has joined the board of directors.

The company will hand-build 18 cars a year from existing Interceptors which will be stripped, restored and then re-engineered over a period of four-months. The finished Interceptor will cost £105,000.
