Vertu has completed its acquisition of a Seat dealership in Derby for £480,000.

The deal cost less than the forseen maximum consideration of £750,000 due to the seller, GK Group, deciding to keep some of the vehicle stock.

The dealership is now being rebranded Bristol Street Motors.
