Harratts Mitsubishi has doubled its sales since last year and will now be offering new servicing deals to bring in more customers in the second half of this year.

 

The dealership, which is part of Harratts Motor Group, reported that like for like sales of new cars had increased by 95% since last summer and used cars had increased significantly over the same period.

In a bid to reduce the cost of motoring for local residents, the dealership also confirmed that it would be offering servicing on every make and model of car from £69, MoTs from £29 and free health checks on cars brought into the dealership, which is based on Huddersfield Road in Darton, Barnsley.

David Mills, general manager of Harratts Mitsubishi Barnsley, said: “We are delighted with our latest sales figures and the continuing proof that we are weathering the worst downturn in the automotive industry for decades.

“Many dealerships are struggling to maintain last year’s level of sales, so for us to have doubled sales for new cars in the same period is a fantastic achievement and a real accolade for our expert sales team.
