Saab GB has completed its move out of Luton following its split from General Motors UK.

The Swedish brand's home is now at Martell House in the Cranfield Technology Park, next to Cranfield University, at Milton Keynes.

The move marks another significant step in Saab's ongoing seperation process from GMUK, following the brand's sale to Spyker Cars in May.

Jonathan Nash, managing director of Saab GB, said: “We are very excited – moving into our new head offices is an important milestone in the separation process and for the future of an independent Saab GB.

"Following the initial sale of Saab Automobile to Spyker Cars in February and the subsequent completion of the sale of Saab GB in late May, we have been busy recruiting a new independent Saab GB team as well as completing the relocation to our new offices.”

He continued: “We have also welcomed the arrival of the all new Saab 9-5 saloon into our dealer showrooms and successfully launched the vehicle to the UK press with critical acclaim.”

Since the official launch in early July, the all new Saab 9-5 saloon has received an overwhelmingly positive response from the press, dealer network and customers alike.

Saab GB will continue to support the ongoing launch of the new Saab 9-5 saloon with a major UK advertising campaign in the coming weeks.
