Sytner Group is doing a 520 mile cycle tour from its Graypaul Edinburgh dealership to Land Rover Portsmouth to raise money for its 2009 adopted charity, MacMillan Cancer Support.

Sytner’s finance director Mark Carpenter will be leading the four-man team with three bikes and one van on the six day route which will stop at as many of Sytner’s dealerships on the way.

Carpenter said: “For the last couple of years Sytner have developed and encouraged a culture of ‘giving something back’ to the local community in which each dealership is based and we decided this year to do something on a more ambitious scale which would incorporate the whole group.”
