America's National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) has elected Edward Tonkin as its chairman for 2010.

Tonkin is vice president of Ron Tonkin Dealerships, a 13 franchise group in Oregon. His father headed NADA in 1989.

Stephen Wade, president of six franchise Stephen Wade Auto Center in Utah, was elected vice-chairman.

Both officially take office at the NADA convention in Orlando on February 13.
