BMW has re-newed its pan-European contract with Mondial Assistance.
The decision coincides with the 25th anniversary of the breakdown assistance service and BMW.
In addition, the companies roadside service now includes teleservices to remotely diagnose problems via a system called ConnectedDrive.
It allows BMW specialists at the operations centre to locate problems over the phone and, in some cases, fix the fault by using a secure phone line to reset the car's control unit.
