Isuzu has appointed Jeffries of Bacton as its newest dealer in Suffolk.

Jeffries also has a Proton and Daihatsu franchise.

The independent family-owned Jeffries of Bacton, home to hand-made collectable Bacton Bears, started out as an agricultural repair business in 1951 and slowly evolved into the car sales operation it is today.

Based just off the A14 between Bury St. Edmunds and Stowmarket, the dealer is also a retail outlet for Bacton Bears.

Philip Jeffries, Jeffries of Bacton dealer principal, said: “We have focused our business on the farming community and it has served us well when dealing with the people of Suffolk.

"We are convinced that by securing Isuzu, we are investing in a successful product that will meet our current customers’ requirements and those of the future.”
